From 2010 to 2016, he was the director of the Department of Housing and Communal Infrastructure of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council. From April 2016 to April 2021, he served as the Chairman of the Board - General Director of "Kyivvodokanal". Since March 1, 2022, he has been the Deputy General Director.
