Before negotiations begin, the Russian Federation must agree to a 30-day truce, - Kellogg

U.S. Presidential Envoy Keith Kellogg stated that Russia must agree to a 30-day ceasefire before peace negotiations can begin. 

He wrote about this on his X.

Kellogg commented on a post by the Prime Minister of New Zealand, where the latter expressed support for the demand by Western leaders towards Russia for an unconditional 30-day truce ahead of any further negotiations.

"Even the Prime Minister of New Zealand gets it. As President Trump has repeatedly said, stop the killing! An unconditional 30-day ceasefire first and, during it, the commencement of comprehensive peace negotiations. There is no other way," – wrote Keith Kellogg.
