Ministry of Economy: Ukraine signed two commercial agreements on subsoil

The first official confirmation has appeared that Ukraine has concluded additional agreements to the basic agreement on subsoil.

According to the Ministry of Economy, Ukraine has signed two commercial agreements on subsoil with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, reports Forbes.

On the Ukrainian side, the agreements were signed by the director of the Public-Private Partnership Support Agency of the Ministry of Economy, Niko Gachechiladze.

The agreements concern a limited partnership agreement and an LLC (Limited Liability Company – LLC) which will act as the general partner of the fund. The terms of the agreements were not disclosed by the Ministry of Economy.
