President Zelenskyy signed a law to improve the functioning of ARMA
On July 27, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed law No. 12374-d, which strengthens the institutional capacity of the National Agency for the Detection, Investigation, and Management of Assets (ARMA) obtained from corruption and other crimes.

The draft law introduces amendments to several legislative acts to improve the mechanisms for managing seized assets. In particular, it focuses on the transparency, efficiency, and legality of the agency’s operations, which is crucial within the framework of the anti-corruption reform.
The document was previously adopted by the parliament as part of Ukraine’s obligations to international partners and as part of fulfilling the requirements for continued financial support from the EU.
