Under Moldova, nine draft dodgers were detained who had been walking to the border for three days
Nine men from different regions of Ukraine were detained on the Transnistrian section of the border with Moldova. For three days, they walked to the crossing point, following instructions from a Telegram channel.
This became known from a report by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
Border guards of the Podilsk detachment discovered nine men attempting to illegally cross the Transnistrian section of the Ukrainian-Moldovan border.
Thanks to early information from operatives of the Podilsk and Zhytomyr detachments, all the men were quickly detained.
As it turned out, those wishing to illegally enter neighboring Moldova received online navigation instructions from the administrator of a Telegram channel.
The latter was to receive from 130 to 150 thousand hryvnias per client on a cryptocurrency wallet in the event of a successful crossing.

To carry out their illegal intentions, the men walked to the border for three days, covering a significant distance under the scorching sun.
Border guards warn that such "journeys" are not only illegal but also dangerous to life and health.
"Exhaustion, dehydration, and heat strokes are real consequences of multi-day crossings in hot weather. The desire to circumvent the law can cost much more than a fine," the SBGS noted.
For attempting to illegally cross the border, administrative protocols have been drawn up regarding residents of Kharkiv, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Volyn, Donetsk, and Vinnytsia regions, and cases have been sent to court.
Recall that cases of attempts to illegally cross the border in Ukraine are not isolated.
