Alperin returns the tobacco line: "the smuggling king" wins the battle against the state

"Am I a king, or what?": While society’s attention is focused on personnel changes in the Prosecutor General’s Office, the BES, and ARMA, the sanctioned "smuggling king" Vadym Alperin is reclaiming the tobacco line that both the BFE and the Prosecutor General’s Office fought over for several years.

The story of "Orion Tobacco" and "Davos Group," which were part of the global illegal cigarette production market, is one I have written about extensively.
But it seems that the conclusion of this story is being drawn by Vadym Alperin, to whom the Prosecutor General’s Office is forced to return all seized equipment.

Back in May 2024, this tobacco line was seized by BES detectives.
Since then, it has been the subject of ongoing legal battles - return to the owner, re-seizure, transfer for safe-keeping, subsequently - ARMA and auction.

Incidentally, ARMA held the auction for quite a while, then canceled it and scheduled a new one. During this time, Alperin, with the help of the Ovidiopol District Court of Odesa Region and Judge Panasenko, managed to obtain all the necessary court rulings.

Now, the prosecutor is forced to remove the line and transfer it to the "Davos Group," which, according to BES detectives, is entirely coordinated by Vadym Alperin.

According to my information, the Prosecutor General’s Office plans to return the cigarette production line on August 7-8.
The relevant copy of the ruling has already been received at the current location of the equipment’s safe-keeping - at the BES and the Prosecutor General’s Office.

An ideally timed moment: the case is in court, the BES cannot influence the course of events, seize or initiate a re-arrest, and by the time the case is substantively reviewed, the line will quietly turn into a pile of scrap.

And you understand that in this story, the main issue is not the line itself.
With the money Vadym Alperin spent on lawyers, courts, and "other" things, two such lines could have been bought.
It’s simply a matter of principle.

No one can take anything away from the "smuggling king" and "master of gray schemes."
His status does not allow it.
