The end of the war in Ukraine must be just.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized this while commenting on the joint statement of European leaders.

"I am grateful to everyone who stands with Ukraine, with our people, for the sake of peace in Ukraine, which defends the vital security interests of our European nations.

Ukraine appreciates and fully supports the statement by President Macron, Prime Minister Meloni, Chancellor Merz, Prime Minister Tusk, Prime Minister Starmer, President Ursula von der Leyen, and President Stubb regarding peace for Ukraine," Zelenskyy noted.
