General Staff: Russia has deployed 110,000 troops to the Pokrovsk direction

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army has concentrated 110,000 of its servicemen in the Pokrovsk direction, commenting on the breakthrough of the front north of Pokrovsk.

«Several small enemy groups, bypassing the positions of Ukrainian defenders, attempted to advance towards the settlement of Zolotyi Kolodyaz. Additionally, using the features of the local terrain, saboteurs covertly infiltrated the settlements of Vesele, Vilne, Rubizhne, and Kucheriv Yar. Some of these groups have already been eliminated, while the rest are in the process of being neutralized», — the General Staff reports.

Additional forces and resources of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been deployed to this sector, «measures have been developed to block enemy groups in a specific area», and initial successes have already been achieved.
