The Council was unable to suspend Bezuhla from participating in the meetings
The Verkhovna Rada did not support the resolution to remove MP Maryana Bezuhla from parliamentary sessions.
This was reported in the Telegram of Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
"The Verkhovna Rada failed the vote on removing Maryana Bezuhla from parliamentary sessions. Only 141 MPs voted in favor, of which 79 were from ’Servant of the People,’" Zheleznyak stated.
It is worth noting that the Verkhovna Rada’s Rules of Procedure Committee, on August 20, supported the resolution to exclude Bezuhla from parliamentary sessions only on the third attempt.
Meanwhile, Bezuhla reacted to the decision of the relevant committee and stated that she is filing a lawsuit "regarding the illegality of the Rules of Procedure Committee’s decision."
