The US hopes that peace in Ukraine can be established within six months.

This was reported by US Vice President Vance to NBC News.

He emphasized that Washington highlights two key aspects for resolution — territories and security guarantees.

Within the framework of guarantees, American troops will not be stationed in Ukraine, but the US plans to actively participate in ensuring the country’s security.

Regarding the issue of territories, Vance stressed that Ukrainians will independently determine the borders within their country.

He also added that Russia is not misleading President Trump regarding the desire for a settlement — this was his response to a related question from a journalist.
