Russia launched a massive drone strike on Sumy

On Sunday evening, August 24, Russians massively attacked Sumy with drones. There were at least 10 hits in the city.

This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, on Telegram.

"The Sumy community suffered a massive attack by strike drones. The enemy inflicted, preliminarily, 10 strikes on the community’s territory. Fortunately, there are no casualties," Hryhorov writes.

He clarified that all hits were in the Kovpakivskyi district of Sumy, outside the residential sector.

As of now, the elimination of consequences and assessment of damages are ongoing.
