Consequences of the Russian attack on Pishchane in Sumy region: the street is almost completely destroyed

On the night of August 25, Russian forces shelled Pishchane in the Sumy region. Five people were injured.

This was reported by the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, on Telegram.

"This is what the attack on the Pishchane starostvo looks like - the street is almost completely destroyed. Unfortunately, five people were injured," Kobzar noted.

As a result of the attack, five local residents sustained injuries of varying severity.

Residents report more than ten strikes by Russian drones that were active during the attack.

Emergency services are working at the scene: medics are providing assistance to the injured, rescuers are clearing debris and checking the area for potential dangers.

Law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the incident and are gathering evidence to classify the aggressor’s actions in accordance with current legislation. The injured are being provided with necessary support and consultations.
