Ukraine and Russia exchanged letters from prisoners of war and are negotiating humanitarian deliveries

The Ukrainian and Russian sides exchanged letters from prisoners of war and discussed the formation of humanitarian parcel deliveries.

This was reported on Telegram by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets.

«During the latest return of our citizens, interaction took place with the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, T. Moskalkova. During the dialogue, letters from prisoners of war on both sides were exchanged, the issue of forming humanitarian parcel deliveries for prisoners of war and family reunification was discussed,» he noted.
