The Cabinet of Ministers has introduced annual awards for civil servants of Ukraine

Ukrainian civil servants will receive an additional type of bonus - annual.

The relevant regulation, as well as the procedure for conducting the annual evaluation, based on which these bonuses will be awarded, has been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.

Previously, there were only monthly bonuses (up to 30% of the official salary) and quarterly bonuses (up to 90% of the official salary).

The amount of the annual bonus will be determined based on personal achievements and the institution’s payroll fund. Its payment must be made no later than December of the year in which the evaluation is conducted.
