Russian shelling has left part of Sumy without water supply
As a result of Russian shelling on September 1, part of the residents of Sumy city were left without water supply.
This was reported by the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar on Telegram.
"Due to the enemy attack and power outages, today, September 1, at 18:05, one of the city’s water intakes was de-energized," Kobzar reported.
As a result, water supply is temporarily unavailable to residents of the Peremohy Avenue microdistrict, Pishchane village, Veretenivka, Topolyanska Street, and adjacent streets.
According to the mayor, utility services are already working on restoring the water supply.
