Russians launched massive attacks on Kherson region: there are casualties and injured

Russian forces continue to strike the right bank of the Kherson region. Over the past day, the enemy targeted populated areas with artillery, mortars, UAVs, including FPV drones, and used aviation bombs and strike drones.

This was reported by the Communications Department of the National Police.

As reported, Inhulets suffered from aviation strikes. The occupiers directed several Shahed-type strike drones at it and then, presumably, dropped two aviation bombs. As a result of the explosions of the guided aerial bombs (GABs), a 49-year-old local woman was killed. Five civilians were injured: three women aged 59, 60, and 63 sustained blast injuries, closed traumatic brain injuries, concussions, and shrapnel wounds. Two other women, aged 63 and 64, also received blast injuries and shrapnel wounds. The latter was provided medical assistance on the spot and refused hospitalization.

In the morning, in Antonivka, a 50-year-old local resident was injured due to a UAV drop. He was diagnosed with a mine-blast injury and multiple shrapnel wounds. The man sought medical help on his own.

In the Dnipro district of Kherson, enemy artillery shelling damaged two private houses and a gas pipeline. Two local women were injured: a 58-year-old woman was diagnosed with a blast injury, closed traumatic brain injury, and shrapnel wounds to the shoulder and forearm; a 61-year-old woman sustained a blast injury, closed traumatic brain injury, a fracture of a toe on her right foot, and a concussion. The victims were taken to the hospital in moderate condition.
