The Zaporizhzhya direction is currently a hotspot. The enemy mostly advances with infantry, using artillery shelling and FPV drones.
This was said by Junior Lieutenant Serhiy Hutyi, an officer of the civil-military cooperation group of the headquarters of the 125th separate heavy mechanized brigade.
"Our brigade is currently performing combat missions in the Zaporizhzhya direction, which is a hotspot at present. Since we’ve been stationed here, there used to be relative calm, and we were holding the defence. But recently, active enemy assault actions have begun, so now we are trying with all our forces and means to hold this combat zone," Hutyi noted.
According to the officer of the civil-military cooperation group of the headquarters of the 125th separate heavy mechanized brigade, there are no mechanized breakthroughs by the enemy in the Zaporizhzhya direction.
"Mostly infantry advances, and there is artillery shelling and the use of FPV drones. The enemy infantry does its job - they keep pushing, pushing, and pushing," Hutyi added.
