President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to another massive attack by Russia on Ukrainian cities. According to him, Russian forces launched nearly 500 kamikaze drones and over 40 missiles of various types.

The head of state also stated that Ukraine will continue to respond with strikes to deprive Russia of the ability to earn money and to force it into diplomacy. Zelenskyy reported this on his Telegram channel.

The President noted that the massive Russian attack on Ukraine lasted over 12 hours. Zelenskyy emphasized that these were yet another brutal strikes and deliberate terror against peaceful cities. The head of state mentioned that the enemy used nearly 500 strike drones and over 40 missiles, including aeroballistic "Kinzhals."

According to Zelenskyy, the main targets of the enemy attack were Kyiv and its region, Zaporizhzhya, Khmelnytskyi region, Sumy region, and Odesa region. As a result of the shelling in the capital, the building of the Institute of Cardiology was damaged, and it is known that four people were killed in Kyiv, including a 12-year-old girl. In total, at least 40 people were injured across Ukraine, including children.
