Russia has refused meetings with Ukraine even with Trump’s involvement.

This was stated by the U.S. Vice President on Fox News.

"Over the past few weeks, they have refused bilateral meetings with Ukrainians and trilateral meetings involving Trump or other U.S. officials," the U.S. Vice President said on Fox News.

"Russians are dying and losing a huge number of people, but there is no justification for this," Vance noted.

"Many lives are being lost, and there are no results. How many more people are they willing to lose? How many more lives will they take for minimal, if any, gains on the ground?" the Vice President stated in an interview with Fox News.

"Our position is that we will continue to work for peace and hope that the Russians will realize the reality," Vance added.
