The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine has released the names of Russian commanders involved in missile strikes on Ukraine.

This was reported on the official website of the DIU.

Ukrainian intelligence officers have published data on 13 war criminals from the command staff of the Russian long-range aviation. All of them are involved in the planning and organization of missile strikes on Ukraine.

Among them:

  • Lieutenant General Sergey Kobylash - Commander of the Russian Air Force, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation;
  • Major General Sergey Kuvaldin - Commander of long-range aviation;
  • Major General Oleg Pchela - Deputy Commander of long-range aviation;
  • Colonel Sergey Shevel - Chief of Staff and First Deputy Commander of long-range aviation.

The published data includes information on the place of residence and registration of the war criminals, phone numbers, email addresses, state insurance policy numbers, and tax identification numbers.

The DIU emphasized that identifying individuals from the command staff of the armed forces of the aggressor country is one of the priority areas of work. All materials are forwarded to national and international justice mechanisms for the further prosecution of those responsible.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, as of August 31, the following have been recorded:

  • 2,354 launches of X-555/Kh-101/X-55SM missiles from Tu-95MS and Tu-160 aircraft;
  • 321 launches of X-22/X-32 cruise missiles from Tu-22M3 aircraft;
  • 171 launches of Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles from MiG-31K/I aircraft.

Ukrainian intelligence stressed that Russians have targeted civilian infrastructure: educational institutions, hospitals and maternity wards, apartment buildings, and power stations. The missile terror by Russia has resulted in thousands of civilian deaths and injuries.

The DIU also emphasized that there will be just retribution for every war crime committed against Ukraine.
