Russian troops attacked Kherson region: one person killed, four injured

Over the past day, Russian forces killed one person in the Kherson region. Four others were injured.

As reported by the head of the Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, over the past day, Antonivka, Prydniprovskе, Blahovishchenske, Zymivnyk, Sadove, Bilozirka, Romashkove, Tomyna Balka, Kizomys, Veletenske, Dniprovskе, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Sofiivka, Shyroka Balka, Mykilske, Ponyativka, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Chervonyi Mayak, Lvove, Burgunka, Odradokamianka, Tyahynka, Zolota Balka, Kostyrka, Osokorivka, Vesele, and the city of Kherson were under enemy drone terror, airstrikes, and artillery shelling.

Russian military forces targeted critical and social infrastructure as well as residential areas of the region’s settlements, damaging 4 apartment buildings and 16 private houses.

Additionally, the occupiers destroyed a church, an administrative building, a museum, a private car, and a gas pipeline. The gas leak has been stopped, and there are currently no threats or fires.

During the nighttime drone attack, Air Defence Forces destroyed 3 Shahed-131/136 drones over the region’s territory.
