Zelenskyy: If Russia uses nuclear weapons, we will need a new planet

The President of Ukraine said this in an interview with Fox News.

«Starting a Third World Nuclear War would be madness. We cannot even imagine that Russia might use nuclear weapons. Because otherwise, we need a new planet. So these are insane decisions. But there are things that are very painful for the aggressor, in this case for Russia and for others», – Zelenskyy stated, responding to a question about whether Trump would be able to find serious leverage against a nuclear state like Russia.

The head of state once again called on leading Western countries to strengthen sanctions against Russia, primarily in the energy sector, concerning the tanker fleet and the banking system.

«Number one – it’s sanctions and tariffs», - the President emphasized.
