However, following the tradition of military commissar Borysov, the head of «Forests of Ukraine» Bolokhovets, and the head of the MSEC Krupa, courts continue the practice of reducing bail amounts for defendants in high-profile cases, creating opportunities for them to be released from pretrial detention.

Thus, on 21.10.2025, Judge Vyshnyak M.V. of the Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv extended the preparatory court session in the case under the indictment in criminal proceedings №62023000000000876 dated 12.10.2023 regarding the accusation of Hrynkevych I.V., Hrynkevych R.I., Tymkiv V.I., Kuzminskyi V.Yu., and Kolotyla A.V.

The defendants’ terms of detention were extended until 19.12.2025, and the bail amounts were reduced as follows:

Hrynkevych R.I. - 69.6 million UAH (previously 112 million UAH);

Kuzminskyi V.Yu. - 33.3 million UAH (previously 42 million UAH);
