The top management of "Ukrenergo" awarded themselves bonuses amounting to tens of millions of hryvnias.

This was reported by the regular employees of the state corporation.

In December, they celebrated Energy Day. This time the bonus was 200% lower than in previous times, amounting to about 3-5 thousand hryvnias, they stated.

At the same time, according to them, the reduction did not affect the top managers of the enterprise. They all received a substantial bonus in the form of a 13th salary. Acting director Vsevolod Kovalchuk declared receiving 611 thousand hryvnias in January and 511 thousand hryvnias in December. Overall, last year, Kovalchuk accrued himself a salary of 7.27 million hryvnias!

His subordinates are not far behind. Deputy directors for market development and investments received almost a million hryvnias each.

• Deputy Director of Market Development and IT Andriy Nemyrovskyi – 981.67 thousand hryvnias;
• Director of Supply Network Management Maryna Bezrukova – 699.95 thousand hryvnias;
• Deputy Director of Operational Management Vitaliy Zaychenko – 643.66 thousand hryvnias;
• Deputy Director of Communications Mykhailo Bno-Ayriyan – 612.84 thousand hryvnias;
• Chief Operating Officer Oleksiy Brekht – 499.2 thousand hryvnias.

Second-tier top managers also received a substantial salary supplement. For example, the highest earners were the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Human Resources.

• Director of Human Resources Svitlana Nikolenko – 715 thousand hryvnias;
• Director of Capital Construction Oleksandr Morozhenko – 636.79 thousand hryvnias;
• Director of Legal Support Maksym Yurkov – 575 thousand hryvnias;
• Director of the Economic Security Department Serhiy Totskyi – 518 thousand hryvnias.

The only one who did not declare a bonus, and possibly did not receive one, was the Director of Repair and Maintenance Petro Sheberstov, while Chief Engineer Mykola Byelkin declared only 198 thousand hryvnias in salary for December. Also, Director of IT Serhiy Halahan received only 135 thousand hryvnias.

In addition, high salaries were received by technical directors of all power grids of the country:

• Central EU Oleksandr Kolomiyets – 636.15 thousand hryvnias;
• Southern EU Leonid Krasnyanskyi – 589.96 thousand hryvnias;

• Dnipro EU Serhiy Bublykov – 521 thousand hryvnias;
• Southwestern EU Rostyslav Mykhailyuk – 490.53 thousand hryvnias

Also, bonuses ranging from 15 to 320 thousand hryvnias were received by all six chief dispatchers. Company employees are outraged by such a "feast during the plague" and point out the inflated salaries of law enforcement agencies.
