The Kyiv construction mafia, which includes Mayor Vitaliy Klychko, shadow “watcher” Denys Komarnytskyi, and the scandalous “Velur” owner MP Mykola Tyshchenko, have embezzled 6 billion hryvnias allocated from the city budget for the construction of the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi Bridge.

In the documents from the so-called “Komarnytskyi’s computer,” journalists found a list of 38 companies controlled by Komarnytskyi and registered under front persons. They are simply and tastefully labeled in the document as “ours.” This list includes a number of companies that have regularly received profitable contracts from Kyiv’s municipal enterprises for construction and reconstruction over the past four years, monopolizing the right to receive these contracts from "Speczhytlofond," "Zhytloinvestbud-UKB," and "Directorate for Road and Transport Structures."

One such shell company is “Eco-Bud-Treid,” which curiously won a 6-billion-hryvnia tender three years ago for the construction of the aforementioned bridge. Journalists also discovered that the company is registered under a front person and linked it to the deputy mayor, who was then the director of "Speczhytlofond," Nepop. In addition, a certain Maksym Polovko is a co-owner of “Eco-Stroy-Treid.” In the mentioned document, he is marked as “ours.” Interestingly, this gentleman previously lived in a Kyiv apartment owned by Komarnytskyi’s wife.

It’s not hard to guess: the company “Eco-Bud-Treid” is fictitious, it does not build or repair anything, and its main task is to siphon public funds in favor of the construction mafia. And clearly with Klychko’s full approval, since it would be impossible to win such a large tender without his knowledge. Moreover, Vitaliy had to at least somewhat delve into the construction of such a large object, as he actively promoted himself on it. He even promised to be the mayor who would complete the bridge to Troyeshchyna. He forgot to add that this bridge would cost us a pretty penny.

But let’s get back to “Eco-Bud-Treid.”

“I don’t know who the general contractor is for this construction,” the mayor expertly replied to journalists’ questions about this company.

Well, well.

Now about restaurateur Tyshchenko. According to the obtained documents, the owner of “Velur” collaborates with the odious accomplice of Chernovetskyi, Denys Komarnytskyi, including in preparation for local elections in Kyiv. And this matches the information previously announced by People’s Deputy Geo Leros, who said that Tyshchenko is also involved in managing the company “Eco-Bud-Treid” through his sister Yulia and her husband Herman Blinov.

Do you still have doubts that the people who have been “milking” Kyiv for decades will simply take and give up their schemes? It is already clear that they will continue to brazenly rob the capital even after the elections, putting their person in the mayor’s chair, regardless of the surname.
