Political scientist Vitaliy Kulyk, in his column on the Censor website, reported that during another search, law enforcement officers seized $300,000 from Denys Komarnytskyi, the owner of "Eco Bud Trade," who is referred to as the "watcher" for the capital.

"Law enforcement officers once again visited the infamous master of schemes and kickbacks. It is his company, "Eco Bud Trade," that every year receives increasingly large sums from the city budget from the Kyiv City State Administration for the alleged ’construction of the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi Bridge.’ Of course, without the knowledge of Vitaliy Volodymyrovych," writes Kulyk.

Furthermore, according to the political scientist, law enforcement handed over suspicions to the head of the general contracting organization "Eco Bud Trade" and two heads of contracting organizations.

"The beneficiary of the company - the general contractor, that is Komarnytskyi, once again got away with a slight scare...

$300,000 is money stolen from every Kyiv resident. And this is only the tip of the iceberg. Over the years, Komarnytskyi and Klychko have carried out more than one scheme, and it seems they are not going to stop there!

Recently, the media wrote about an expert report that allowed the mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klychko, to increase the cost of the Podilskyi Bridge by 9 billion. It turns out that the price of the project has almost doubled - from 11,200,000,000 (a sum determined by the previous adjustment in 2016) to 19,920,000,000 UAH.

And don’t even think that after another search, Klychko will sever ties with Komarnytskyi. He still doesn’t care. After all, this is a matter of very large sums of money.

Perhaps, Vitaliy Volodymyrovych will only stop when the searches come to him personally. And he himself will end up in the apartments of the detention center after the search. Kyiv waits," concludes Kulyk.
