Mobile operators Kyivstar and Vodafone increased tariffs
Two of the three largest mobile operators in Ukraine - Kyivstar and Vodafone - have started to increase the cost of certain tariffs. Both for businesses and ordinary subscribers. For example, starting from 22 February, Vodafone will change the price of a number of offers, increasing them by UAH 25-50.
This was reported by Vodafone itself. At the same time, emphasizing: along with the cost increasing, their content also increases. First of all, the amount of Internet provided.
“Due to rising costs for network support and restoration, it is necessary to change the cost of tariffs - from 02.22.24. At the same time, the amount of Internet will increase,” the company said.
How Vodafone tariffs will rise in price
The cost of the SuperNet Pro tariff will increase by 35 UAH/month – from the current 245 to 280 UAH. At the same time, it is noted that the Internet traffic will increase from 30 to 40 GB.
The SuperNet Turbo 2019 tariff will increase in price by 30 UAH/month – from 170 UAH. up to 200 UAH At the same time, the Internet traffic at maximum speed will increase to 10 GB. After February 22 it will be 50 GB.
The cost of the Light+ tariff will increase from 125 UAH/4 weeks to 145 UAH/month. The Internet volume will increase from 5 GB – up to 10 GB.
The SuperNet Start 2019 tariff will increase in price by 25 UAH/month – up to 195 UAH. In turn, subscribers will receive an additional 4 GB of Internet – it will increase to 18 GB.
The cost of the SuperNet Start tariff will increase by 25 UAH/month – from the current 175 UAH to 200 UAH. At the same time, it is noted that the Internet will increase from 15 to 20 GB.
The SuperNet Unlim tariff will increase in price by 50 UAH. For now it costs 360 UAH/month, but it will be 410 UAH.
At the same time, the Internet volume at maximum speed will be increased by 20 GB. After February 22 it will be 80 GB.
Why Vodafone is increasing tariffs
According to Vodafone itself, the increase in the cost of some tariffs is driven by the rising costs of maintaining and restoring the network. They claim that they are investing millions in expanding the geography of the network and increasing the speed:

What is the cheapest Vodafone tariff?
In general, the cheapest tariff on Vodafone is Turbo with the "Turbo Unlimited" promotion. The service package costs 165 UAH for 4 weeks (i.e. 28 days), and basic services include:
- Internet – 20 GB;
- calls within Ukraine – 800 minutes, then – unlimited on the network;
- SMS within Ukraine (to all mobile networks) – 50 pcs. for 1.50 UAH/day.
For whom Kyivstar changed tariffs
Kyivstar also changed its tariffs - however, only for business clients. New prices have been launched since February 1st.
As the company reported, in particular, the cost of sending Viber messages for corporate clients carrying out commercial mailings has been increased.

It is noted that the operator decided to change tariffs for several reasons. In particular:
- due to economic and market conditions;
- expanding the capabilities of services.
The cheapest tariff "Kyivstar"
In general, the minimum tariff from Kyivstar for regular prepaid subscribers is called Love UA to the maximum. The service package costs 175 UAH for 4 weeks (i.e. 28 days). For this the subscriber will receive:
- 15 GB Internet;
- 2500 MB of mobile Internet in roaming in 27 countries;
- unlimited calls on the network;
- 150 minutes for calls to other mobile, landline and foreign numbers (to Poland, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Uzbekistan, Israel, USA, Canada, China, India, Spain, Moldova and Romania);
unlimited use of a number of government services (in particular, Diya, Ukrzaliznya, etc.), as well as educational services;
1 free additional service (for example, 100 SMS within Ukraine or 100 SMS to any numbers within Ukraine).
