High Anti-Corruption Court scheduled hearing in case of deputy heads of Ternopil RMA

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing for 28 March in the case of Ihor Demyanchuk, First Deputy Head of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration, and Ihor Haiduk, Deputy Head of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration, for receiving illegal benefits.

This decision was made by the HACC on 25 March, according to "Slovo i Dilo".

“Schedule a preparatory court hearing in criminal proceedings on charges of (Demyanchuk - ed.) of committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and (Haiduk - ed.) of committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 368, at 14: 00 March 28, 2024,” the decision says.

It is not yet known whether this meeting took place, but the next one is scheduled for 16:30 on April 16.
