In Ukraine, the confiscated apartment of Volodymyr Saldo’s collaborator, who headed the occupation administration of Kherson, was sold. We are talking about Saldo’s apartment in Odesa - housing with an area of 130 square meters. m in a prestigious area near the sea was sold for almost 3 million UAH.

All these funds will be sent to the Fund for Eliminating the Consequences of Russia’s Armed Anger. This was reported by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC).

The trades were held using the Prozorro system. The starting price of the "Saldo" apartment was UAH 1.8 million. 9 buyers took part.

It is noted that the housing sold at auction is located in a resort area, not far from Arcadia. As OBOZ.UA monitoring has shown, market prices for apartments of this area in the specified area on the secondary market amount to UAH 7 million, depending on the condition of the housing. However, it should be borne in mind that at government auctions the cost of real estate is usually lower, and the renovations in Saldo’s apartment do not look particularly fresh and expensive.

In addition to Saldo’s apartment, the apartments of Russian oligarch Mykhailo Shelkov were also sold at auction. This is an apartment with an area of 175 sq. m in the Primorskyi district of Odesa. The buyer paid more than 4 million UAH for it.

“Shelkov’s housing is located 650 m from the Black Sea, Saldo – 1.2 km,” Vitaliy Koval, head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU), previously reported .
