Media reports reveal whose passport PrivatBank co-founder Hennadiy Boholyubov used to leave the country

UP found out whose passport Boholyubov used to leave Ukraine.

According to the investigation, former PrivatBank co-owner Hennadiy Boholyubov left the country using the passport of a resident of Volyn region, 67-year-old Mykola Syumak.

In a conversation with a journalist, Syumak confirmed that he had lost his passport in the spring of 2022 and assured that he had not left Ukraine since 24 June this year and was now at home.

Open media sources have established that the passport of the relevant series indeed belongs to this person and was used repeatedly when crossing the border before the spring of 2022.

A law enforcement source said that the border guards had not received any information from the Migration Service about the invalidity of the passport lost by Syumak.
