Ukrainian intelligence hit three helicopters on Russian territory - media

According to sources, at about 3:00 on July 21, on the territory of the joint-stock company "National Helicopter Manufacturing Center Mil and Kamov" (the village of Tomilino, Moscow Region), as a result of sabotage activities by the Main Intelligence Directorate, enemy Mi-28 and Ka-226 helicopters were hit.

A source in Ukrainian intelligence reports that on July 24, also as a result of sabotage, a multi-purpose Mi-8 helicopter was destroyed on the territory of the Kryazh airfield of the Russian Ministry of Defence in Samara.

It is noted that the Mil and Kamov National Helicopter Manufacturing Center is an aircraft manufacturing enterprise specializing in the development, production and repair of helicopters (Mi and Ka lines), as well as other helicopter aircraft. The enterprise includes two experimental design bureaus - OKB Milya and OKB Kamova, pilot production, as well as an experimental research complex and testing center.

“Information about the fire as a result of explosions at the enterprise caused wide publicity among residents of the Moscow region. However, the Russian authorities, as always, hide the facts of their own negligence from the population of the Russian Federation,” the source adds.
