Booking via Diya: How it works and who can use it

Managers of critically important enterprises and enterprises that provide for the needs of the Defence Forces of Ukraine can book their employees online.

To do this, they need to submit lists of employees on the Diya portal and approve this with an electronic signature. The system will check whether the person is officially employed and whether their data is in the Oberih registry. Processing takes about a day, you can check the status of the application in your personal account. The system will automatically transfer the conscript to special military registration, after which he will be considered reserved.

Not subject to reservation:

▪️ conscript, excluded / not registered / removed from military registration, reservist, has a deferment, already has a reservation
▪️ the employee is under 18 years of age or over 60 years of age;
▪️ not employed by this company;
▪️ does not have data in the Register of Persons Liable for Military Service.

At the same time, sole proprietors and individuals, legal entities that are not included in the Unified List, whose grounds for inclusion in the Unified List have expired, or have ceased their activities, cannot submit lists for the reservation of their employees.
