The occupiers have become active on the Kinburn Spit

The aggressor state is deploying its forces to the Kinburn Spit (Mykolaiv region). Ukrainian military officials note that the situation there is currently "quite tense".

This was reported by the spokesperson for the Southern Defence Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, during the telethon broadcast. According to him, the occupiers are continuing to strengthen their presence on the Kinburn Spit for the purpose of conducting assaults. They are also preparing for possible territorial advances in the area where the Dnipro River flows into the Black Sea.

"The situation there is quite tense at the moment. The enemy is attempting to build up their forces and conduct assaults," noted Voloshyn.

He added that last week the occupying forces transferred a division of river boats from Sevastopol to the Kinburn Spit, which will be used to control this territory.
