The Cabinet of Ministers has partially reinstated exemptions from mobilization in Ukraine

The government reports that employees who received reserved status by May 31, 2024, will be able to extend the term of their reservation.

«This will ensure the stable operation of strategically important sectors of the economy, including those working on defense», states the Cabinet of Ministers.

Additionally, until November 15, there will be an «audit of decisions regarding the assignment of critically important enterprise status, made over the last four months». The reason for the review is the «abnormal increase in the number of critically important enterprises and reserved employees».

Based on the audit data, the government will update the reservation criteria, states the Cabinet of Ministers.
