"The target was a critical infrastructure facility. Currently, all services are working on eliminating the consequences of the strike. We will gradually restore electricity and water supply. Neighboring residential buildings were also affected; windows are broken there. The community leadership is ready to provide temporary housing for people," reads the post.
Oleksandr Koval reminded about the Resilience Points where you can charge phones, power banks, or simply warm up.

"I urge everyone to remain calm. More information will follow," added the head of the Regional State Administration.

At this moment, rescuers have extinguished the fire that resulted from the attack by the Russian army on the infrastructure facility in the Rivne region.

This was reported on Facebook by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service in the Rivne region.

"53 firefighters and 13 units of equipment worked to extinguish the fire. As a result of the hit, two residential buildings were damaged; fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided first aid to the residents of the damaged buildings at the scene," the post reads.
