OSTG "Khortytsia": In certain directions, the artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine outnumbers the Russian artillery threefold

At the beginning of the full-scale war, the artillery force ratio was 5:1 in favor of the enemy. Now there are directions where the artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) surpasses the Russian artillery threefold.

This was reported by the spokesperson of the operational-strategic group of troops (OSGT) "Khortytsia", Nazar Voloshyn, during a television marathon.

"At the beginning of hostilities, the ratio with the enemy was 5:1 in favor of the Russian Federation. Currently, in certain directions, the advantage in the use of artillery and artillery shells is on our side and constitutes 1.5:1 or even 3:1," Voloshyn noted.

The spokesperson of OSGT "Khortytsia" added that the Russians use artillery over large areas, while the Defence Forces aim directly at targets. Because of this, the enemy is losing its advantage but tries to compensate for this with aviation.
