The fraudster repeatedly sold the same apartments in the suburbs of Kyiv

A woman who repeatedly resold apartments in new residential buildings was detained in the Kyiv region.

This was reported by the press service of the National Police.

According to law enforcement agencies, the 40-year-old woman took advantage of the buyers’ trust and sold the same apartments several times in a residential complex located in Kryukivshchyna near Kyiv.

As a result of the fraud, 10 people were affected, handing over about 5 million hryvnias to the criminal. Searches were conducted at the suspect’s place of residence, where evidence was found. The woman has been charged with fraud, which carries a penalty of up to 12 years in prison. The police are currently investigating her possible involvement in other similar crimes.
