Trump wants to end the war in Ukraine this year, - Zelenskyy

Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine has good relations with Trump.

"But we live in such a pragmatic time, and it is extremely important for us that the unnecessary voices, which from time to time surround Trump and spread disinformation or pro-Russian positions, it is very important for us that Europe is vocal, and that there are more right voices around Trump, so that he clearly understands the details and risks that may arise in the future, and very quickly," the president emphasized.

He mentioned that during his conversation with Trump, the American president stated that he would do everything possible to end the war in Ukraine this year.

"I told him that we are your partners, we want to end the war this year, but not only quickly, but fairly and reliably for us. We will do everything for this," added Zelenskyy.
