The property of Poroshenko’s son, Oleksiy, has been seized because he failed to pay a fine of 56,000 UAH for draft evasion, as stated in a decree published in the media.

It is reported online that the son of the fifth president went abroad, where he ignored summonses.

As a result, he was initially fined once, then a second time, but both were ignored. Taking into account the enforcement fee and other expenses, the final amount was slightly more than 56,000 UAH.

It is worth noting that a significant portion of his father’s assets is registered under Oleksiy Poroshenko. According to the text of the court decision, they are now all seized.

If the former president’s son pays the fine, Poroshenko’s opponents in the informational space are likely to interpret this as an admission of evading military registration during wartime.
