In the NSDC, they deny the breakthrough of Russians in the Sumy region

The National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine refuted the information about a breakthrough of Russian troops in the Sumy region, as reported by the DeepState map.

According to the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the NSDC, Andriy Kovalenko, Russian troops are currently conducting assault operations along the border without using columns of equipment, acting with infantry groups.

«The defence forces are destroying the enemy. At this moment, no breakthrough has occurred, the battles continue», – Kovalenko noted.

Earlier, DeepState confirmed the breakthrough of the occupiers in the area of the village of Novenke, which Russian sources had reported a few days ago.
