Putin has set conditions for a truce with Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Moscow is ready to support a 30-day truce, but on the condition that during this period Ukraine will not conduct mobilization, will not prepare its troops, and will not receive new weapons. Putin emphasized that these guarantees are necessary to maintain the truce.

"We want guarantees that during the 30-day truce, Ukraine will not conduct mobilization, will not conduct preparations, and will not receive weapons," the Russian leader noted.

Putin also emphasized the importance of addressing issues of control and verification during the truce. "How will issues of control and verification be resolved? Who will determine over 2,000 kilometers who violated what? Who will give orders and what will be the value of those orders? These are serious questions that require thorough examination from both sides," he added.

In addition, Putin thanked U.S. President Donald Trump for his attention to resolving the situation in Ukraine.
