In Ukraine, it is proposed to imprison employees of TRCs and MMC for illegal mobilization

According to the new draft law introduced by MP Oleksandr Kachura, employees of the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs) and military medical commissions (MMCs) may face up to 8 years in prison for illegal mobilization.

This concerns cases where they falsify the conclusions of military medical commissions, help "get off the hook" certain people, or illegally send to the front those who have a legal right to deferment.

At the same time, even if a person was illegally mobilized, they will still be forced to serve until the court makes an appropriate decision regarding their case.
