The ceasefire in the Black Sea has not begun, - Ukrainian Navy

The spokesperson of the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk, stated that the ceasefire in the Black Sea has not been enacted because there is currently no formalized document regulating the terms of the agreement.

According to him, discussions about compliance with the agreements can only take place after the negotiation process is complete and all requirements and conditions are formally documented.

"In order to adhere to the terms of any agreement, it must first be properly formalized. Considering that there is no formalized document, framework, where all the requirements, boundaries, conditions will be specified as of now, it is difficult to talk about compliance with any agreements. We should wait for the negotiation process to be completed and for their legal documentation," Pletenchuk stated.
