MP Valeriy Dubil is selling an elite cottage near Pryluky for $500,000

People’s Deputy from "Batkivshchyna," Valeriy Dubil, has been trying to sell a cottage near Pryluky (Chernihiv region) for a year. Initially, it was priced at 650 thousand dollars, but now the official is ready to part with it for 500 thousand dollars.

The elite house is being sold by a real estate agency from Chernihiv Opora Estate. Dubil’s declaration states that the house is owned by his son Ivan.

It is reported that along with the house, "in the package," there are 1.16 hectares of land with a lake and a garage of 57 square meters. The house itself is built from natural materials – wood and stone. On the adjoining territory, there is also a wine cellar and a guest parking lot.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a boiler room, a swimming pool, a bathroom, a sauna, a massage room, a kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. On the second floor, there is a fireplace hall, a kitchen, a bedroom, a children’s room, a master bedroom with a bathroom, and a terrace. On the third floor, there are two more bedrooms, a dressing room, and a balcony. The total area is estimated to be 530 square meters.

The house is connected to its own generators, so it can function even during a blackout. Additionally, it has its own sewage system and autonomous water supply from two wells.

According to our information, there are old listings online showing that the house was initially sold for 650 thousand dollars. It is not reported why the deputy reduced the price. Notably, Dubil purchased the house in 2012 for 2.2 million hryvnias (275 thousand dollars at the exchange rate at that time).
