Changes in the leadership of the Sumy Regional Military Administration

Thus, in presidential decree No. 245/2025, the appointment of Oleh Hryhorov as the head of the Sumy Regional State (Military) Administration is specified.

Prior to this, earlier this evening, January 17, the president dismissed Volodymyr Artyukh from this position.

New head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration

In addition, presidential decree No. 244/2025, signed by the president, mentions the appointment of Oleksiy Kharchenko as the head of the Luhansk Regional State (Military) Administration.
