The NBU allowed Serhiy Tihipko to buy Idea Bank

On April 21, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) approved the indirect acquisition of 100% of the shares of Idea Bank by the owner of the "TAS" group, Serhiy Tihipko.

This was reported in the stock market announcement by the seller - Polish Getin Holding SA on Tuesday.

"Thus, another condition for the transfer of ownership of the shares of Idea Bank Ukraine, as stipulated in the agreement, has been fulfilled," Getin Holding stated.
