Assistant head of the MSEC Krupy admitted guilt and reached a plea agreement with the court

The Slavuta District Court of Khmelnytskyi Region found a woman guilty of organizing illegal transportation of persons across the state border for personal gain and abusing influence.

This became known from the verdict dated April 24.

On September 30, 2024, the accused was detained at the moment of receiving 12,000 dollars. For this money, she promised a man to help him cross the state border. In particular, thanks to her influence on the officials of the Medical and Social Expert Commission, she was supposed to facilitate the assignment of the man to the second group of disability. This would allow him to avoid conscription during mobilization and cross the state border.

Earlier, this woman took 35,000 hryvnias, claiming that it was initially necessary to start the paperwork for the MSEC.

The accused is a mother of three children, two of whom are children with disabilities, and she is officially unemployed.

Under the plea agreement, she was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment but was released with a probation period of 2 years.

Additionally, the woman must pay a fine of 540,000 hryvnias and transfer 100,000 to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
