A resident of Zhytomyr region accused military commissariat staff of beating his brother

Andriy Nedashkovskyi from Berezan reported that his brother, Mykola Nedashkovskyi, became a victim of beating by military commissariat employees.

According to Andriy, the incident occurred on May 8, 2025, in the village of Nedashky, when representatives from the Malyn TRC approached his brother and inflicted three head injuries with an unknown object. In the published photos, a man with a bloodied head can be seen standing under police supervision, which is demanding him to write a refusal.

The Zhytomyr Regional TRC denied the allegations, claiming that their employees were not involved in the incident, and clarified that Mykola Nedashkovskyi is an active-duty military personnel who went absent without leave (AWOL).
