Umyerov: We are discussing a ceasefire, preparing the next round, and a prisoner exchange of 1000 for 1000

Umyerov stated that the issue of a ceasefire was discussed during the negotiations.

He noted that he will soon announce the agenda for the next stage of negotiations.

«We might be preparing a meeting at the level of country leaders», - said Umyerov.

He also mentioned that an agreement was reached on a prisoner exchange of 1000 for 1000.

Thus, Umyerov’s comments are far from the sharply negative «leaks» of information about the course of negotiations, which were spread by Western (mainly British) and Ukrainian media.

Currently, Umyerov’s comments rather indicate the constructive conduct of negotiations and their continuation (based on the mention of the «next round»).
