In the Kherson region, the "AntiSMERSH" movement set fire to a Russian military police car

In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, members of the partisan movement "AntiSMERSH" carried out another resistance action. Behind enemy lines, near the village of Kalanchak, they set fire to a vehicle of the Russian military police.

This was reported on the movement’s page. It is noted that the destruction of the occupants’ vehicle took place on the eve of the so-called "Russia Day," which is celebrated in the Russian Federation on June 12.

"Near the village of Kalanchak, in the temporarily occupied Kherson region, we spontaneously and effectively set fire to a vehicle of the Russian military police. Seeing it on Ukrainian soil, we immediately decided–it must be burned! This vehicle is our gift to the occupiers for June 12, the so-called ’Russia Day,’" said the partisans.

The published videos show the vehicle engulfed in flames during the dark hours, accompanied by Ukrainian songs. The partisan movement emphasized that they will continue such actions because "roaming our land, especially at night, is dangerous for the invaders’ health."
